At Project Brownsville, our primary goal was to enhance the functionality and flow of the main floor. By adopting an open concept floor plan, we visually expanded the space and utilized it more efficiently. The complete kitchen demolition allowed us to reimagine both the layout and storage solutions, emphasizing accessibility for aging in place. We integrated innovative hidden storage features, such as pull-down and pull-out units, double drawer storage, and concealed waste receptacles.

Additionally, the incorporation of a kitchen island significantly improved both storage and counter space, transforming the previously cramped kitchen into a more functional area. By layering in new window treatments and selecting personalized furniture and accessories, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The result is a thoughtfully designed space that feels both comfortable and tailored to the client’s needs, fostering a genuine sense of belonging.
