This service is perfect for those who are looking for design guidance and expertise on an interior project. Working with you and your selected team, I offer ongoing design consultations and project management to ensure your project runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining design integrity.
This service begins with a Discovery Call, where we will get to know one another and discuss your project needs. Should you decide to proceed, I will provide my Service Agreement & Statement of Work for your review and signature.

Phase I - Planning & Design Review
Phase I is where we set the expectations for the project. I will begin by reviewing your provided floor plans (i.e Architectural plans) to ensure optimal function, circulation and programming needs have been met, and will provide suggestions to improve the proposed planning to suit your needs and functional requirements. A formal design and millwork direction review will also take place during this phase, in which I will ensure all functional and aesthetic needs have been met, and will propose improvements to the provided design direction to suit.

Construction Documentation Review
Phase II - Construction Documentation Review
This phase involves a formal construction drawing review from a third party provided package (i.e an Architectural package), to ensure all aspects of the design are being implemented appropriately and code / safety considerations have been met. Ongoing consultation meetings with the Client and consulting team will be conducted as required, including, but not limited to; budgeting meetings, permit coordination, tender and construction coordination meetings.

During the construction process, I will offer ongoing administration on an as-needed basis to keep your project on track, including, but not limited to; site meetings, coordination with consultants and contractor, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly consultation check-ins, shop drawing reviews, showroom visits, etc.
Phase IV - Furniture & Styling Review
Phase V is dedicated to furniture & accessories, in which I will provide design guidance and direction on your proposed selections. I will offer assistance with final furniture, lighting and accessories selections, along with pricing coordination, procurement, tracking and delivery on an as-needed basis. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly consultation check-ins will be scheduled to ensure everything is on track.
