Full Service Interior Design
My specialty lies in full service interior design, involving five (5) phases, from initial consultation to project completion. In this service, I will work with you to create a personalized and balanced space that is uniquely tailored to you. I will lead your chosen contractor from start to finish and will walk through each process of design to make sure everything is executed based on the planning and design development!
We will begin with a Discovery Call, where we will get to know one another and discuss your project needs. Should you decide to proceed, I will provide my Service Agreement & Statement of Work for your review and signature.

Phase I - Project Initiation & Planning
Phase I will officially commence after our initial Discovery Call. We will start by scheduling our in-person Site Consultation where I will gather all site information necessary for proper planning. This phase will include preliminary budget estimating and space planning exercises and requires the most feedback from you, the Client, to ensure all aspects are well thought through and functional for you!

Design Development
Phase II - Design Development
Once the space planning and preliminary budgeting has been approved, Phase II will commence! I begin this process with an Initial Design Concept Package, including inspirational imagery and approved planning schematics from the previous phase. This provides an overview of the design direction and creates a foundation for the Formal Design Concept Package. In this Formal Design package, finishes and materials selection, along with proposed lighting and furniture will be included to provide a finalized design concept for your review and approval.

Construction Documentation
Phase III - Construction Documentation
Phase III, Construction Documentation is the realization phase, where the design as agreed upon during the Design Development Phase is transferred into formal working drawings to be used during permit, tender and construction. In this phase, I will coordinate and onboard required consultants and will work with the selected contractor on final budgeting and tendering exercises. You, the Client, will be involved in several progress meetings to ensure all aspects of the drawing package are approved to proceed.

Phase IV - Construction Administration
Phase IV, Construction Administration, runs alongside the construction timeline as stipulated by the selected contractor. I will take care of on site coordination, all change documentation and final deficiency reviews to ensure your project runs smoothly and efficiently!

Phase V is the final touch, where I will offer furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories suggestions to refine your space.
